Homer won the last time they faced Magnolia School of Excellence and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Homer Pelicans came out on top against Magnolia School of Excellence by a score of 75-68. Given the Pelicans' advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 128th, while Magnolia School of Excellence are ranked 352nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
