Basketball Recap: East Noble's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

If East Noble was feeling good fresh off their 52-27 takedown of Angola last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The East Noble Knights fell just short of the Huntington North Vikings by a score of 44-41 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Knights have suffered since November 19, 2024.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Averi Amstutz, who went 5 for 9 on her way to 15 points. Elli Will was another key player, putting up six points in addition to four blocks and three steals.
