Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Jackson Academy walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hartfield Academy Hawks on Monday. The win was familiar territory for the Raiders, who have now won seven contests in a row.

Jackson Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Anna Holladay Craft led the charge by getting 17 digs and two assists. Craft is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last nine games she's played. Sarah Yung was another key player, getting eight aces and one assist.

Jackson Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in ten consecutive matchups.

Jackson Academy's victory bumped their record up to 31-9-1. As for Hartfield Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 21-14.
