Stano Made His Presence Known in Boulder Creek's  35-14 Win
 Starting off the list is Boulder Creek's  Everett Stano, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Stano threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown.
 Boulder Creek's victory  ended  a  four-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 2-5. Stano and Boulder Creek will welcome Valley Vista  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

 O'Connor came up short  on Thursday despite  Marcus Johnson delivering his best game to date. Johnson picked up  a  sack and made 11 total tackles in addition to snagging   an  interception.
 O'Connor's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. Johnson and O'Connor will play host again  on Friday to welcome Pinnacle, where kickoff is scheduled  at 7:00  p.m.

Colton Wiggins Turns in Another Game with at Least Ten  Total Tackles
 Sadly,  Colton Wiggins posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead O'Connor over Boulder Creek on Thursday. Wiggins wasn't messing around, making ten total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defending a pass in addition to snagging   an  interception. The  match was his seventh straight with ten or   more total tackles dating back to last season.
 This season,  Wiggins  has averaged 11 total tackles per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 1.57  total tackles per game.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Jaahad Parris Leads Valley Vista over Mountain Ridge
 Valley Vista came up short  on Friday despite  Jaahad Parris delivering his best game to date. Parris rushed for 58 yards and two touchdowns.
 Parris' next  matchup is against Boulder Creek on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid  performance. Parris will face off against  Karsten Cornell on Friday, the Jaguars' star running back. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
