Volleyball Recap: Peekskill Gets the Win

Peekskill won the last time they faced Greenburgh-North Castle and things went their way on Saturday too. The Red Devils came out on top in a nail-biter against the Knights, sneaking past 1-0.

Peekskill found their leader in sophomore Camila Torres, who had six aces. Those six aces set a new season-high mark for Torres. Allisson Cevallos also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Peekskill's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Greenburgh-North Castle, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Peekskill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Varsity Opponent on the 4th. As for Greenburgh-North Castle, they will challenge Gorton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
