Bishop had won two straight games and Cash Herrera did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Knights blew past the Escondido Charter Tigers 35-0 with plenty of help from Herrera, who threw for 264 yards and three TDs while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 60 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.

Dane Larson was another key player, picking up 150 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 53 yards.

Bishop's record now sits at 7-1. As for Escondido Charter, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Bishop's wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 28-21 loss against Army-Navy on the 24th. As for Escondido Charter, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 28-0 defeat against Coastal Academy on the 24th.
