Basketball Recap: Bokoshe Takes a Loss

Bokoshe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 36th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Braggs Wildcats, falling 54-19. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-13 back in November of 2024.

Bokoshe's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Braggs, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-15.

Bokoshe will host Haileyville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bokoshe is facing Haileyville at the right time seeing as Haileyville is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Braggs, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Braggs Wildcats duke it out with the Keota Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Braggs will also cruise into their next contest with the timing on their side: Keota will have lost nine straight heading into Monday's matchup.
