Baseball Game Preview: Park Vista Cobras vs. Vero Beach Indians

For the second straight game, Park Vista will face off against Vero Beach. The Cobras will welcome the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Park Vista 3.4, Vero Beach 2) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Park Vista is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Vero Beach 8-7.

Aiden Buster looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Will Bavaro was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Tristan Pokabla, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Park Vista lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in February.

Park Vista's win bumped their record up to 23-6. As for Vero Beach, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 27-3 record.
