Volleyball Recap: Rosemount Comes Up Short

Rosemount lost against Prior Lake back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Irish came up short against the Lakers, falling 3-0. The Irish have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-9, 25-13.

Rosemount's offense was headlined by Ada Diaz and Sophie Williams, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Allyson Luken and her 12 assists.

Rosemount now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Prior Lake, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Rosemount will be taking part in a tournament against Centennial at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prior Lake, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Robbinsdale Armstrong on the 11th.
