Basketball Recap: Magnolia Takes a Loss

Magnolia lost against Trinity Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Magnolia Blue Eagles fell 44-37 to the Trinity Christian Warriors.

Magnolia has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Trinity Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Magnolia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-36 defeat against Tyler on the 24th. Trinity Christian has also already played their next game, a 47-27 loss against Notre Dame on the 24th.
