Softball Recap: Pueblo West Cyclones vs. Lewis-Palmer Rangers

Everything went their way against the Lewis-Palmer Rangers on Tuesday as the Pueblo West Cyclones made off with a 17-2 victory. With that win, the Cyclones brought their scoring average up to 7.6 runs per game.
Pueblo West let Taci Ehrlich and Grace Dees loose on the outfield. Ehrlich scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3, while Dees scored three runs while going 2-for-2. Ehrlich also brought in three RBI, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Gracie Briggs, who scored a run while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Pueblo West always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
The victory got Pueblo West back to even at 3-3. As for Lewis-Palmer, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
