They took a 14-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Natchez Bulldogs. The Gators were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

As for Natchez, they will welcome Ocean Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Natchez is facing Ocean Springs at the right time seeing as Ocean Springs is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
