Volleyball Recap: Thunder Ridge Takes a Loss

Thunder Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss on Saturday.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16.

Khloe Reimer paced Thunder Ridge's offense, picking up three kills. Reimer got some help from Collien Knuppe and her four assists.

Thunder Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Sylvan-Lucas, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-5.

Thunder Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Stockton on the 23rd. As for Sylvan-Lucas, they will head out to take on Lakeside on Saturday.
