Soccer Recap: Edison Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Edison can now relate to. They came up short against the Chaminade-Madonna Lions on Wednesday, falling 8-0. The Red Raiders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lions from their previous meeting back in December of 2018.

This is the second loss in a row for Edison and nudges their season record down to 5-4-2. As for Chaminade-Madonna, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8-2.

Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chaminade-Madonna, they will face off against Miami Country Day at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Miami Country Day is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.2 goals per game this season.
