Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Landon). They walked away with a 28-21 victory over the Episcopal Maroon on Friday. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Maroon recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Landon's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Episcopal, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Landon is set to face off against their familiar foe Bullis at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Episcopal will square off against rival Georgetown Prep at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
