Baseball Recap: Gwynn Park Yellowjackets vs. Lackey Chargers
Gwynn Park extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Lackey. They had just enough and edged the Lackey Chargers out 5-4. The victory was nothing new for Gwynn Park as they're now sitting on three straight.
Gwynn Park saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Shaariq Arrington, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
Gwynn Park is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. As for Lackey, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.
Gwynn Park will take on Patuxent on Friday. Lackey does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
