Baseball Recap: Richland Rangers vs. McComb Tigers

In what's become a running theme this season, Richland gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past the McComb Tigers 13-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for Richland.

Blake Ferguson was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out 11 batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off one hit (and not a single walk). Ferguson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances. Ferguson was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Richland got a massive performance out of Jasper Moorhead, who went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs, and a stolen base.
