Cerritos waltzed into their match on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Western Pioneers. That's more bragging rights for the Dons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the loss, Western still got an impressive performance from Angela Jasso, who had 14 digs. Jasso is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.

Cerritos' win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Western, they moved to 16-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.
