Fenwick and Marmion are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long. The Friars will host the Cadets at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Fenwick is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

Fenwick is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Oak Park-River Forest just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 9-8.

Josh Morgan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season. Andrew Henderson was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Fenwick hit Marmion with a four-run third inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Cadets fell just short of the Friars by a score of 8-6. The loss continues a trend for the Cadets in their meetings with the Friars: they've now lost four in a row.

Charlie Zebig was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three runs, three doubles, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Flores, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Fenwick's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10-1. As for Marmion, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 13-9-1.

Fenwick came out on top in a nail-biter against Marmion when the teams last played on Thursday, sneaking past 8-6. Will the Friars repeat their success, or do the Cadets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
