Macomb came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Lewistown Indians by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Bombers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Macomb easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-7.

Their offense was headlined by Jersee Mills and Jordan Hines, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Anistyn Lovell and her ten assists.

Macomb's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Lewistown, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Macomb didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Bushnell-Prairie City on the 30th. As for Lewistown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Farmington on the 27th.
