Basketball Recap: Richmond Takes a Loss

Richmond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 45-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yale Bulldogs. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 57-43 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Yale, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richmond will venture away from home to square off against Cousino at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Yale, they are taking a road trip to face off against St. Clair at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
