The home team had won the previous three meetings between Ridge View and Blythewood, and Blythewood kept the tradition alive. The Blazers lost 6-0 to the Bengals on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Ridge View of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2022.

Ridge View has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Blythewood, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3.

Coincidentally, Ridge View and Blythewood will both be playing Westwood the next time they take the pitch. The Bengals will host the Redhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Blazers will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
