Westfield and Eisenhower are an even 4-4-2 against one another since February of 2020, but likely not for long. The Westfield Mustangs will welcome the Eisenhower Eagles at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Westfield's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Westfield fell victim to Benjamin Davis and their airtight defense on Friday. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 22. They came up short against MacArthur on Monday, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 391st, while the Generals are ranked 81st).

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 8-8-4. As for Westfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11-3.

Westfield beat Eisenhower by a goal in their previous matchup back in February, winning 2-1. Does Westfield have another victory up their sleeve, or will Eisenhower turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
