Basketball Recap: Lower Brule Comes Up Short

Lower Brule was the 83-33 winner over Santee when they last played one another back in December of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Lower Brule Sioux were just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 62-61 to the Santee Warriors. The Sioux have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lower Brule now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Santee, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Lower Brule and St. George's will round out the year against one another at at 9:00 a.m. on December 28th. As for Santee, they will take on Plainview in a tournament on December 27th.
