Basketball Recap: Coronado Comes Up Short

Coronado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Pine Hill Warriors, falling 61-21. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-21 last Wednesday.

Coronado's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Pine Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Coronado does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pine Hill, they will square off against To'hajiilee at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as To'hajiilee comes in on five and Pine Hill on four.
