Recap: Capital HomeSchool vs. Noble-Whitley Warriors
Capital HomeSchool scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They strolled past Noble-Whitley Warriors with points to spare, taking the game 77-63. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Capital HomeSchool has managed all season.
Several Noble-Whitley Warriors players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Colt Kirkpatrick, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Kirkpatrick scored a full 30.2% of Noble-Whitley Warriors' points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caidyn Berna, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
The win got Capital HomeSchool back to even at 3-3. As for Noble-Whitley Warriors, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.
Capital HomeSchool will head out on the road to face off against Mishawaka HomeSchool W at 1:40 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Mishawaka HomeSchool W focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Saturday. Noble-Whitley Warriors will be home for the holidays to greet Mid-Michigan HomeSchoolers at 1:40 p.m. on Saturday. Mid-Michigan HomeSchoolers is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
