Softball Recap: Cypress Falls Eagles vs. Spring Woods Tigers

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cypress Creek, Cypress Falls was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Spring Woods Tigers a 15-0 shutout. With that victory, the Eagles brought their scoring average up to 7.2 runs per game.

Jerzie Bay made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Bay was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, three RBI, and two runs. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in triples.
