Basketball Recap: Dade County Gets the Win + How To Watch

Dade County posted their closest victory since December 16, 2024 on Saturday. They pulled ahead with a 50-49 photo finish over the LaFayette Ramblers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.

Dade County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Win Garmany, who posted 14 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was H Garmany, who shot 40% from the field en route to 17 points and seven rebounds.

The win got Dade County back to even at 4-4. As for LaFayette, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.

Coming up, Dade County will be home for the holidays to greet Armuchee at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolverines will be up against the Indians' rather soft defense (which has allowed 66.5 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. LaFayette will take on Berean Academy in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Ramblers' defense better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 61.5 points per game this season.
