If Everett wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Okemos, they should've done a better job of containing Micaela Forcum. The Wolves were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Vikings on Tuesday with plenty of help from Forcum, who had nine aces and two assists. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 3 aces per game.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Okemos took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-4, 25-15.

Okemos' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alexa Ruh, who had four aces and three digs. Those four aces gave Ruh a new career-high. Zoe Taylor also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
