LaFayette had won ten straight home games dating back to last season and Jaslyn Capello did her part to make it 11 on Saturday. The Ramblers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Greenbrier Bobcats with plenty of help from Capello, who had four digs and three aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 15 or more assists the last 26 times she's played.

LaFayette not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Greenbrier to exactly 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16.

LaFayette's win bumped their record up to 24-6. As for Greenbrier, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

LaFayette didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Station Camp on the 13th. As for Greenbrier, they will head out to face off against Jo Byrns at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
