Soccer Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

Lancaster came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Upper Arlington Golden Bears, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Lancaster can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 216th, while Upper Arlington are ranked 85th).

Lancaster's loss dropped their record down to 9-7-2. As for Upper Arlington, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 6-8-3.

Lancaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Upper Arlington, they will be taking part in a tournament against Olentangy Berlin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
