Basketball Recap: Spring Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 68 points the game before, Spring Creek was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They were dealt a 70-29 loss at the hands of the James Kenan Tigers. The Gators have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Spring Creek used a three-pronged attack on offense: Ethan Rivers, Tristan Pate, and Hunter Gunn posted five points each. Jaden Turner held things down on the boards with five rebounds.

Spring Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Coming up, Spring Creek will be home for the holidays to greet Ayden - Grifton at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Gators will need to watch out since the Chargers have now posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. As for James Kenan, they will venture away from home to square off against Rosewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 59.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
