Volleyball Recap: Alak Comes Up Short

Alak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Nunamiut Amaguq. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Amaguq this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Friday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-4, 25-14.

Alak's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Nunamiut, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Alak and Tikigaq will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Nunamiut does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
