Basketball Recap: Tenafly Falls Short of Ramapo in the Playoffs

Tenafly and Ramapo squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tenafly had to settle for second. They fell 50-43 to the Ramapo Raiders. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Ramapo's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ryan Goldman, who posted 19 points. Charlie Wingfield was another key player, putting up ten points and six rebounds.

Tenafly's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Ramapo, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-10.

Tenafly does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ramapo, they will challenge Teaneck at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Teaneck's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 matchups.
