Enterprise's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's sixth consecutive shutout on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Carver Montgomery Wolverines as they made off with a 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won 13 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Mikey Vanderheyden made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Vanderheyden was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other pitching news, Roman Jones looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in seven consecutive appearances.

Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Gavin Harrelson, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two). Reid Burns was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Enterprise always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .519. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Carver Montgomery only posted an OBP of .118.

Enterprise's win was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Carver Montgomery, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Enterprise will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolverines: the pair will be back at it again later today.
