Soccer Recap: Pinellas Park Comes Up Short

Pinellas Park managed to keep up with Northeast until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Patriots came up short against the Vikings, falling 5-0. Pinellas Park were not able to make up for their loss to Northeast from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

Pinellas Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northeast, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Pinellas Park is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Largo at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Northeast, they will square off against Lakewood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
