Baseball Recap: Kennedy Commanders vs. DSST: Montview Knights
Kennedy not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 30, 2024. They were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the DSST: Montview Knights. The win was some much needed relief for the Commanders as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Vincent McHone was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed three innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Kennedy is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 0-4 otherwise. McHone was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.
