Tanner hasn't had much luck on the road recently (they'd lost five straight dating back to last season) but thanks in part to Torr'e Pride that streak is no more. The Rattlers strolled past the Decatur Heritage Christian Academy Eagles with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 46-29 with plenty of help from Pride, who rushed for 280 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 17 rushing touchdowns on the season.

Tanner's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Decatur Heritage Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Coincidentally, Tanner and Decatur Heritage Christian Academy will both be playing Red Bay the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th, while the Rattlers will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
