Softball Recap: Ponce De Leon Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Ponce De Leon's offense. They fell 5-0 to the Freeport Bulldogs on Tuesday. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Ponce De Leon's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Freeport, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-9.

As of now, neither Ponce De Leon nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
