Bianca Menconi Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Starting off the list is Palm Harbor University's Bianca Menconi, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Menconi rushed for 110 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (100.3). The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in passing yards (177).

Palm Harbor University's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. Menconi and Palm Harbor University will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Tarpon Springs at 7:30 p.m. on March 25th.

Werr Made Her Presence Known in Alonso's 46-0 Win

Gabby Werr put up the most rushing yards she's had since back in February of 2024 on Wednesday. She threw for 181 yards and four touchdowns.

Werr might have her next game, a home matchup with Plant, circled on her calendar. Back in March of 2024 (the last time Werr saw the Panthers), she threw for 245 yards and six touchdowns while completing 77.3% of her passes.

Raya Deane Turns in Season-Best Performance

On Wednesday, Alonso got the W thanks in part to Raya Deane playing the best football she has all season. Deane threw for 70 yards and three touchdowns. The effort also marked the most rushing yards (18) she has had over her last eight matchups.

For the season, Deane has thrown 7 touchdowns while averaging 36 passing yards per game.

Shea Plantz put up the most receiving yards she's had over her last eight games on Wednesday. She made one tackle and snagged an interception.

Strawberry Crest Gets a Boost from Surrency in 18-0 Win

Zoe Surrency posted a new career-high in passing yards on Thursday. She threw for 227 yards and two touchdowns while completing 77.1% of her passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground.

The victory (which was Strawberry Crest's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2. Surrency and Strawberry Crest will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Wharton at 7:30 p.m. on March 25th.
