Softball Recap: Black River Pirates vs. Lake Center Christian Tiger
Black River came out on top against Lake Center Christian on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run third inning. The Pirates blew past the Tiger 15-5. Winning may never get old, but the Pirates sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Peyton Stewart was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. She continues to improve, besting her previous run total in each of the last three games she's played. Jenna Dieter was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
