Softball Recap: Southeast Raleigh Takes a Loss

Southeast Raleigh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to the Cleveland Rams, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-0 back in March.

Southeast Raleigh's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Cleveland, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Southeast Raleigh is set to take on their familiar foe Willow Spring at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Cleveland will face off against rival Fuquay - Varina at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
