Eldred came tearing into Monday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against SS Seward by a score of 51-39. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 61-40 back in December of 2024.

Leading Eldred to victory were Trai Kaufmann and James Deyermond. Kaufmann on his way to 24 points and five blocks, while Deyermond dropped a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Kaufmann has scored at least a third of Eldred's points. Elijah Gonzalez was another key player, putting up ten points.

Eldred's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points over those games. As for SS Seward, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

As of now, neither Eldred nor SS Seward have any future games scheduled.
