Softball Recap: Spokane Comes Up Short

Spokane made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Hollister, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Owls fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 12-10 on Friday. The Owls just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Addie Gimlim was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases and three runs. Another player making a difference was Myla Farmer, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Spokane's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Hollister, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-18.

As of now, neither Spokane nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
