Volleyball Recap: Pembine/Goodman Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Pembine/Goodman faced off against Florence on Thursday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Bobcats. The Panthers have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

While Pembine/Goodman was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Florence's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-14, 25-16.

Pembine/Goodman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Florence, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Pembine/Goodman will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Brillion on October 11. As for Florence, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Elcho on the 6th.
