Baseball Recap: Pritzker Takes a Loss

Pritzker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Mansueto Leopards, falling 16-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Leopards this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-4 last Friday.

Pritzker saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nabdiel Malave, who went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Malave has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last three times he's played.

Pritzker's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Mansueto, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-6 record this season.

Pritzker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mansueto, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kelly at 4:30 p.m. on the 14th.
