Basketball Recap: Prescott Comes Up Short

If Prescott was riding high fresh off their 44-11 takedown of Walla Walla Valley Academy on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers had to suffer through a 70-18 loss at the hands of the Yakama Nation Tribal Eagles. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost nine in a row.

Prescott's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Yakama Nation Tribal, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Prescott will challenge Touchet at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Yakama Nation Tribal, they will venture away from home to take on Walla Walla Valley Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
