            Roseburg is 0-4 against South Salem since April of 2022 but things could change  on Tuesday. Roseburg will be taking part in a tournament against South Salem  at 2:00  p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Roseburg has four straight  victories, South Salem has five straight  losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
If Roseburg beats South Salem with four  runs on Tuesday, it's going to be the  team's new lucky number: they've won their past two  contests with that exact score. Roseburg came out on top against Oregon City by a score of  4-1  on Monday.

 Jasmine Morales made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out 11 batters over  seven innings while giving up just one earned run off   four  hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run any time she's  pitched this season. She was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with two  RBI and one  double. Those  three  hits gave  her a new career-high.
 Morales wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Terra Singleton, who  went 2-for-4 with one  RBI.  Irelyn Weaver also deserves some recognition as  she  got her first  hit of the season.
 Meanwhile, South Salem fell victim to McMinnville and their airtight pitching crew  on Monday. They lost  20-0 to the Grizzlies.
 South Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Roseburg, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
