Maddie Knerr Game Report: vs Newark Catholic

Maddie Knerr, Northridge's leader in assists on the season, led the team again on Friday. Knerr was excellent, putting up no points and four steals. Thanks to that strong showing, she's now averaging 2.1 steals per game. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last three games she's played.

Knerr and Northridge are taking a road trip to take on Licking Heights at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Sadly, Knerr's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Northridge's three-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Knerr and Northridge surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Wednesday's match.
