Sidney waltzed into their match on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Piqua Indians. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 2nd.

Sidney never let Piqua on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21, 25-22.

Gabriela Truesdale paced Sidney's offense, picking up 15 kills. Truesdale got some help from Alena Swearingen and her 20 assists. Reagan Oswalt controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Sidney's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Piqua, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-9.

Sidney has already played their next matchup (against Butler), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Piqua, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
